 这个问题确实是，真闹心，训练了十几个小时，搞出这么个错误，得先chmod 777一下再跑

 跑了一下，这个结果和官方的对比确实差距较大  训练的时候model_heads设置为了true，不过这是中文数据集，跑一跑英文的看看吧，官网应该是用英文做实验的
