Failed to export ply from the command line

I run 'python scripts/run.py --scene data/fern --mode nerf --screenshot_dir ./saved/ --save_mesh ./saved/fern.ply --n_steps 35000', the exported model seems to have failed 

I have aligned the coordinate systems of the radar and imu, but imu automatically runs away?How can I solve it?
