What in the world? Of the issue that it was not obeying suppression, I have to suppress 2 different ways? 
@montoner0 Ok, so that helped, I was able to see my repos on the ```My repositories``` tab, but I still can't clone any of them.

That is correct, there is no installer. However, once you have downloaded and unzipped the files, you can run the application in "installed mode", but deleting both portable and portable.ini...
