I have the same problem. I can turn off the laser with the display but putting it on again doesn't work. With other commands the blue led on the makerbase...
Would be pretty nice if this would be an option. Or is there another workaround to get this library working on an Arduino UNO?
@chris007de What would be the workaround for now? I would like to use SoftwareSerial.h and pass that to the RS458 Class would that be possible?
