The docs seem to imply that an out of proc plugin could be implemented in .net. Please create a c# template like you have for c++ and update the docs....

I'd like to see filters introduced because a large change in popularity of a large cap isn't necessarily sending the same signal as a change in a small cap.

The heading "Registry Policy DSC Resource" should be "RegistryPolicy DSC Resource" as that is the name.
