this patch passed the shift instructions testcases in file `i32.wast`, `i64.wast` in https://github.com/WebAssembly/testsuite.
I have compared v2.0.0 with v1.6.0. there is not much difference after multiple execution. only the first startup took longer time.

Address `AFmseVrdL9f9oyCzZefL9tG6UbvhPbdYzM` is the base58 representation of empty address(0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000).
this is the only one empty address. Actually, this is a token mint event, and emitted as a transfer event from empty address.
