does not work with bootstrap 4

@Firestorm-Graphics You have to modify the .js file for it to be compatible with Bootstrap 4. The modifications are small, mainly changes to classes and possibly some lines removed.

All form fields get "red" when one field is wrong

@bsmaha You can remove it in the .js file under **$form.addClass('error')** (if I'm not wrong)
