Same problem here. What is annoying more, is that the defualt `AuthenticatingServerInterceptor` using the `AuthenticationManager`, which is mamanged by spring security, so the grpc service will always need same authentication...

I successfully solve this by remove `DockerDownloads` under user profile folder, and `docker` and `dockerd` in `System32` folder and re-installing docker-desktop. Hope this helps someone have same problem like me
