I noticed that 2.0.5 has the correct stenoread file and that 2.0 also has the stenoread file. I originally installed 2.0 in an online environment and later upgraded to 2.0.5....

I am pretty sure I figured it out. I just installed an offline Rock 2.0.5 in a virtual machine. The install failed the first time due to a bad configuration...
