It looks like the issues with the Xbee.Universal project revolve around not being able to find the Windows 10 APIs after the upgrade.

OK @jefffhaynes I think we should be good to go now. I removed the UWP project from the solution. I didn't rev any version numbers...not sure how you wanted to...
