I did rewite (localy) the documentation for some files. But before I put more time I wanted to know if the project is still actively maintained?

@Yanda2: As i wrote earlier, the `python35.dll` which comes from `ubi`. The version that comes originaly with the game! I am only talked about python35.dll not about the complete package...
@cos155 too many duplicates for the same thing, see also [here](https://github.com/xforce/anno1800-mod-loader/issues/216#issuecomment-1498401194) I have renamed `python35_ubi.dll` to `python35.dll` and it worked for me.
