I would like to be able to insert a table of contents in some pages, ideally with some macro like `[toc]`. Would this be a possible future addition.

Hey. Any chance you can publish newer Docker images? The latest image doesn't contain any of the recently added functionality.

Could you add a newline indicator too, I find them useful when used in conjunction with space/tab indicators. So you can tell if there is an annoying superfluous space/tab before...

Do version looks against a database of known vulns. Easy for Apache (http://httpd.apache.org/security/vulnerabilities_20.html) and nginx (http://nginx.org/en/security_advisories.html), more difficult for PHP which doesn't seem to have a list anywhere...
