Installation instructions don't work on Termux (aarch64)

I downloaded the `tera_0.4.1-1_all.deb` file, moved it to `~/temp`, went to that directory, and typed `apt install ./tera_0.4.1_all.deb` (FYI: Termux doesn't use sudo). The response was this: Reading package lists......
