If you want the tab bar covered by the side menu, considering setting the tab bar view controller as the content view controller.

@bonyadmitr Thanks for your PR. How could I reproduce this case? Using "Toggle in-call Status bar" doesn't seem to trigger the function call?
I'm not 100% sure what's the problem, but in most cases, you may need to create the navigation controlelr manually.
