Well, i tried this quickly and it seems that `extraPlugins` is not applied to the `node_module/ckeditor`. I don't known how this work under the hood.
I've got some more informations, i tried to make `CKEDITOR` constante global as described [here](https://symfony.com/doc/current/frontend/encore/legacy-applications.html#accessing-jquery-from-outside-of-webpack-javascript-files) because she is used [here](https://github.com/FriendsOfSymfony/FOSCKEditorBundle/blob/677b084c7332a6595484b12674ee526ee13c117c/src/Renderer/CKEditorRenderer.php#L130) to setup plugin.
