Yes, any option to add those on the command line or get the replacement patterns from a file? Would be handy, and I assume from a performance point of view...

add http delete option to fetch, or create its own command

Recommend a new command for DELETE (and possibly PUT as well) separate from fetch.

`open`/`save` URL and remove `fetch`

We alredy have problems with 'open' in MacOSX as default way to open files, urls, so please do not extend it even further with moving fetch to open. See issue...
