CSSketch bundle missing

Version 41.2 (35397) also deletes just CSSketch.sketchplugin and that's it :(

Some blocks are missing from the Block Manager

None of the custom blocks build with NPX wordpress/create-block are visible as well

You can create settings page under Admin > Tools where user can choose defaults. If you need any help I am glad to help.
