Could not apply the timezone to php.ini

Cleanup KVO when view is deallocating

May cause crash when OAStackView was deallocated but still observing subview's hidden property.

Use iconv-lite to handle character encoding

Since NodeJS supported encoding is limited, we could use iconv-lite to handle more character encoding
