client removes file on server if it could not create VFS placeholder file

Happened to me as well after enabling VFS. We went back and disabled VFS again since this never happened before. nextcloud: 21.0.5 client: 3.3.5

When link has a hyphen (-), View or/and Upload isn't possible.
