This module can't be downloaded on python for windows

I've lunched it with oracle virtual vm (Ubuntu image), it has pretty nice support of host usb devices

after an hour usage I faced with the same issue =( I'm using latest docker image, really it seems like some network issue: container deletion doesn't help =(

The problem was solved by itself =) By the way, Russian IP is not the solution, cause I faced with this issue using last one.
