well, I also found solution, somehow I have tortoise inside another tortoise folder, so my workind dir is: C:\Users\{UserName}\tortoise-tts\tortoise-tts\tortoise\voices

for me helps: pip install flask pip install diffusors pip install transfomers then python server.py works (from 2nd time, first time pytorch_model.bin only download 72%)

fixed: need reinstall conda "for this user only" this worked for me, cause if "install for all users" it reqiures admin rights (chatgpt help me in understanding this)

also happened with me today: errors 500 and 401. responses become very short before error. I thought it's some IP ban, vpn make it a bit longer, but then also...
