Same problem here on Pop OS. Mentioned fix works for me as well.
+1 have the same issue! Building fails with: `Error: Plugin could not be registered at 'html-webpack-plugin-before-html-generation'. Hook was not found. BREAKING CHANGE: There need to exist a hook at 'this.hooks'....

Yes and it does work indeed for generated HTML. But it does not work for PDF and for publishing to Confluence... It would be awesome if we just can convert...
