When exception_notification-rake and rollbar-gem are both used, notifications about exceptions in rake tasks don't get sent to Rollbar.

My first idea is to show a table with all available reviewers and `days_since_last_review` sortable column. Then those who didn't do any reviews in a month can be publicly shamed....
