Tested this on iOS and Classic editor and they both insert the text between figure and img
OK, this got worse. Instead of the cursor moving, the whole text disappears
Confirmed as well on iOS. The text isn't deleted every time, sometimes I see the cursor thing only
Since this is just about detecting something that looks like an email and we don't really need validation, I'd say the simplest way to do it is to treat anything...
@diegoreymendez may confirm but IIRC we tried something similar on aztec and this was impossible to detect on iOS on the screen keyboard

I tested pasting on the lists branch #704 and it seems to work fine 🎉 so I checked that item from the list.
