接入android时页面没有全屏显示，rander时width、height都传入的-1 IOS接入显示正常，这是什么问题啊，weex_sdk版本是0.9.4

建议设计更多的个性化设置项，使用时可以根据个人喜好设置UIActivityIndicatorView的样式及ToastActivity的size
