Missing R.java since Titanium SDK 3.2.0.GA

Since installing newest Studio and SDK (3.2.0.GA) I can't build my project when this module is used. It stops with: ``` [ERROR] : Unable to find generated R.java file [ERROR]...

Will this module be made compatible with Alloy 1.3.0 and SDK 3.2.0 ?
