tsconfig.json gets overwritten the moment the CRA typescript project is closed and opened in VSCode

I modified and saved tsconfig.json file. But gets overwritten once i close and reopen VS Code!.

The key isInternetReachable is always returning false for a minute in iOS whenever the app comes to foreground from background

Its still the same issue, using the updated version of netInfo
