Does this tool support a postgresql running in a docker container?

@jlegido Your issue seems related to the script trying to create an SSH connection to the container, have you tried running with the `--skip-ssh` option?

I was running into this same issue. Then I noticed that I had some custom docker engine configuration set. When I reset my docker engine configuration, the build started working.
