I've added a line to CHANGELOG. Documentation already states [`name` should be available in all overloads](https://effector.dev/en/api/effector/attach/#:~:text=This%20parameter%20exists%20in%20any%20variant%20of%20the%20attach), so this is purely a bug fix

Adding the plugin breaks compilation.

Support for `@swc/[email protected]` has been released in [plugin version `v0.7.1`](https://github.com/effector/swc-plugin/releases/tag/v0.7.1), under a `swc1.12.0` tag - this one works with `[email protected]` now.
