Some other torrent clients have a setting "Only move from the default download directory" to control this, it's very useful.

No problem, just thought it'd been on the subject, since both trackers and dht are components of spreading the data.
Truncated magnet seems to be too short buffer issue since exodus.desync.com is not on list of trackers at all.
