Additionally it would be nice, if the admin don't has to configure mail-recipients manually. Instead it should, when hitting quick send, grab the users mail-address and send the book to...
Maybe an possible solution could be to move the "recepient Emails" into the users context instead of a global context.
I had the same issue the 2nd time in the last 3 weeks. But the above listed workaround always solved this issue.
