The object detection is done only with the first frame of the video. Please help

I am so sorry but I think this question is related to this package more than ROS. I was using OpenCV (4.1.2) cv2.VideoCapture() to try to read from the video...

I cannot recreate the plot from Figure 2.5 in the book by running the code (02_03_Exploration.R) provided in this repo.
