Update Hardening guide (Terrapin)

The Hardening guide needs to be updated to remove [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]), that is - if removal of that cipher is the suggested solution for the time being. https://www.ssh-audit.com/hardening_guides.html

It'd be nice if Hidamari honored the screen blank time and continued to play the video in lock screen until Automatic Suspend time is reached.

Debian also requires the libnet-dns-perl package but this isn't listed in the installation instructions.
