`write.cpp` example incorrectly explains the difference between requests and commands

This comment is incorrect: https://github.com/OpenBluetoothToolbox/SimpleBLE/blob/2eabe140b73bedc2a379d14eac14333693da377a/examples/simpleble/cpp/write/write.cpp#L70-L73 Write requests are acknowledged and write commands are not acknowledged.
