I personally find option 3 sufficient. The readme is totally fine. The main benefit the website had was the additional ToC to navigate, but as Jonathan pointed out, the READMEs...

Hi @tati-qalified thanks for your response! For some reason, I couldn't replicate this issue anymore. Instead, everytime I manually locked the table and restarted a service, the lock was ignored...
