Weewx seems unable to start the rtl_433 process. If I run `rtl_433 -F json` it works fine. If I run `PYTHONPATH=$WEEWX_BINDIR python3 $WEEWX_USRDIR/sdr.py --cmd="rtl_433 -M utc -F json"` it works...
