[Feature Requests] Import pal data?

Currently we can export pal data to json, and it'll be nice if can also import from the json to add new pal to player

看了一下原本 ALAS 的 README 說這個專案的框架是下一代的框架，因此正在用這個框架開發另一款遊戲的自走器 但是其中 code 仍有不少與遊戲高度關聯的 code 混在核心的 module 資料夾底下，沿用仍需刪除大量代碼，因此希望能將框架抽出來，沿用開發其他遊戲時能減少不少前置作業
