I have same problem on CentOS 7.6 Directory size 3.8G with 240000 files `vmtouch -dl /dir`
Any news on this issue. Affix does not work for me on v 4.1.0. It was working in v3. v4  v3 
Tested with Mozilla Firefox and Edge. Does not work for https://docs.lowdefy.com and my own app.
Had time to look at it again. Affix starts to work when: 1. set class "css-0" to div No1. 2. set class "ant-affix" to div No2. 3. remove class "ant-affix"...
