Support for arbitrary size integers

I choose to embed the `Integer`s into the `Numeric` postgres type. I'm not sure this is the right thing to do so I'm opening this PR for discussion.

To build on Ubuntu 64bit, I had to add this to the .cabal file. I'm not sure how it affects other platforms though.
