This will match the initial beta version of the package release. Fixes warnings about overriding layouts and possible other collisions.

The spirit of how things work is the same, but the practice is different. Docs should be updated to show exact steps.

I couldn't get rotation on a display to work properly. Changing it to use the latest versions fixed everything. Also explicitly allowing rpi4
