cant run the build script

i cant get the windoes build script to run right. it runs all the way than at the end tells me line30 cmake command not found.

a new softwere to add to the list that would be nice is sat dump. https://github.com/SatDump/SatDump its takes an hour or so to install it with cmake/ compile it.
