책을 아무리 뒤져봐도 'settings.py'에 관한 설명은 결국 누락된게 아닌가 싶슴다... 현재 코드 상으로는 BASE_DIR와 get_time_str() 외에 쓰이는 세팅값은 없는거겠지요 ?
