After pip installing it, I can't import neither bitcoin, nor pybitcointools

Worked for me with this:- `pip install bitcoin`

OSError: [WinError 193] %1 is not a valid Win32 application

I will tell you the answer which I found and it worked for me. If you're using a 32bit DLL with 64bit Python, or vice-versa, then you'll probably get errors....
