[Feature Request] Preserve most recent data for item and display that while retrieving again

With Universalis having trouble, it would be nice to preserve data for an item that DOES come back in case you want to look at it again after it goes...

An alternative to issue #99 I added, in case some talk targets can't be added, it would be nice to be able to skip dialogue based off the specific content.

I leave my game logged in for long periods of time. Thus, sometimes when I log out (for char switching, DC travel, or just internet issues), I'll get authentication error...

Similar to #3512, #3408. arch.b4k.dev's image urls are in the format https://arch**-img**.b4k.dev/[board]/[filename] instead of https://arch.b4k.dev/[board]/full_image/[filename]
