As a temporary workaround you can try gamescope on Linux with something like this: `gamescope --rt --immediate-flips --filter nearest -S integer ./xemu` or use picom with shaders: `picom --window-shader-fg ./picom-shaders-main/Practical/zoom.glsl`

The game audio is now audible with DSP on, although there does not seem to be positional audio.
The audio sounds a bit different but I'm not noticing any positional audio.
I tried that before, but I only renamed it. I guess it was still loading anyway. I moved the plugin file to a completely separate directory and now it didn't...
I copied the files over to /usr/lib/ and /usr/lib/pkgconfig/ and now it works. Thank you a lot.
