A SaaS (software as a service) version of memos would be possible, but I doubt it's on the planning anytime soon. Memos is made to self-host.
Sounds like easy implementation, high value.
Sounds like too complicated behaviour for memos. memos' beauty is simplicity. I can't think of an implementation for this that isn't ugly.
