Why are ckpt graph output and pb output different?

I noticed this too. You can manually freeze a .pb from the checkpoint using the script in utils/ `python utils/freeze_graph.py arch\pretrained_model MobileFaceNet.pb`

'faced' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

For some reason, faced is being put in the Scripts\ folder as simply `faced`. Might work on UNIX systems but it makes Windows unhappy

Installation Error : UnicodeDecodeError: 'charmap' codec can't decode byte 0x8f in position 21: character maps to <undefined>

This works for me on python 3.7.9. Repo owner hasn't committed any code to GitHub since 2018 :(
