Replace yay with paru

Yay is outdated, we should use paru. I just replaced yay with paru in packages file.

Do you think adding multiplayer?

Will Debian Bullseye come?

**Question** Debian released Buster and Bullseye but ev3dev is stuck on stretch. Does there is any plan to upgrade? Or is this project discounted?
