Currently, all pawn promotions default to queens :(
For large repertoires, this computation of move tree -> list of lines is slow.
One user noted they have 15+ repertoires. It would be very useful for them to sort them how they want so the repertoires are easier to find.

Right now deleting a move and deleting a repertoire are irreversible actions so accidentally doing them can lose a lot of data. Either add an "Are you sure?" warning or...
On import, we should be able to read the repertoire name from some PGN header, if it exists. If it doesn't, we can fallback to the "PGN imported on DATE:TIME"...
