That's because there doesn't appear to be an ARM package for this project.
I'm also interested in using this library and we're running on a newer version of the ddtrace library.

Ok I think that should take care of the tests, I did notice some exceptions getting thrown but I've seen those exceptions thrown in other PRs so I'm not sure...
Ah yeah I was just running mike test. I'll try running make start to get the Redis instances going next time.

@kmonachopoulos Were you able to make this work? I'd like to try running inference w/style transfer models on Coral EdgeTPU devices if possible and I think your work might help...
